Good product and great service

I was excited to receive the Singer sewing machine I ordered online, but unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the product. Upon opening the package, I found that the bobbin thread mechanism was completely loosen, moveing freely without engaging anything. After comparing it with my old Singer machine, I was surprised to see such a defect in a brand new machine. Given Singer's long-standing reputation for quality, I did not expect this kind of issue. Additionally, one of the main reasons I chose this model was because it comes with an extension table. However, when I attempted to attach it, the hooks on the table did not fit into the machine’s designated slots, leaving a gap between the table and the machine arm. As a result, I am unhappy with my purchase.
