Large Crate

Excellent service. The crates are a bit malleable, as other reviews have noted, and can be easily damaged in transit. The crate I received had a bent piece, which made the ends bow. LoR sent a replacement crate immediately, which unfortunately was worse. I ended up fixing the first crate myself and sending the replacement back. Issues aside, the customer service was first rate. The crate is nice and roomy for my standard poodle/ airedale terrier cross. I was worried it would be too big, but when I see him stretched out I am grateful that I invested in a bigger, LoR crate. The mattress is perfect. I would love a purpose-made stylish crate cover, for now an old blanket has to suffice!

Very good experience with this company. I ordered a small crate to be shipped to Australia. Unfortunately the crate may have been damaged during shipping and it did not open up easily and the side panels did not align correctly when I tried to set it up. Contacted the company and explained the matter and sent photos. Within one week the company sent a new crate which is perfect. I also purchased the crate bumpers (very well made and keep out draughts) and the original bed (also well made and puppy loves it).
