Firstly, the communications & delivery service provided was 1st class. Now the reason for the negative feedback. These grill stripes are thin & quite fragile but more than appropriate for purpose but, the darker blue piece was cracked on arrival & I must say this was due to the inadequate packaging!!!. They arrived in a thin black post bag which quite honestly was totally insufficient to protect these fragile plastic stripes & I can only presume the damage was probably accured somewhere within the postal system. They certainly require more protective packaging to eliminate the chance of damage being incurred when travelling through the postal system. I didn't return these low cost items for a replacement knowing they would be sent in the same manner which would have been completely pointless. Real shame because they would have been perfect on my car. Colin S Gillett
