Great Product.

I use kettle bells for most of my strength training. I like this product because I can treat it like a kettle bell. I can snatch, clean, press, and anything else you would use a kettle bell for. However, it's softer when snatching or cleaning against your wrists.

Fabulous piece of equipment.

I personally use this everyday and have my clients use it all the time. I’m almost 70 and I wish it was available years ago. Great for farmer walks, press, rows, and the different handles keeps it varied and efficient. Also have the original tidal tank and sphere and love those as well. Color me impressed!
