Not the worst, but not the best either.

Some of the shorter stylists felt this chair was too tall for them. We completely removed the headrest, as we use our chairs to shampoo clients as well. The seat width was not large enough for some, so keep that in mind for your needs. We went ahead and ordered a wider one. The pump and foot pedal got great feedback. Customer service was excellent!
