Having serious mobility problems, I needed a supportive, comfortable shoe. Having tried several types and makes of shoe, this one has proved to be the answer. The adjustable velcro straps mean that it's easy to achieve the necessary tightness. The sole is strong and ribbed for non-slip walking. This shoe is truly effective, even in my situation, which is one where walking is seriously restricted. 5 stars from me.
