Product breaks me out and just sits on top if my skin

The scrub was absolutely stinky and melted and runny, leaving a greasy residue that clung to my hands. Its unpleasant odor, making it hard to ignore, and the texture felt slimy and sticky. Instead of providing the refreshing, rejuvenating experience I expected, it was messy, uncomfortable, and completely disappointing.

They sent me somebody else order that had less iteams, I sent iteams back and still haven't received my money or the correct order. Going on week 4. Reached out and still no update.
