18K Gold Small Coral Carved Strawberry Charm

The charm was beautifully and professionally packaged, but upon opening it, I was somewhat disappointed. The glue that was used to attach the gold jump ring to the coral was very visible and had spilled over onto the coral charm. I don’t know if it can be safely removed without damage. I expected better quality finishing for such an expensive purchase.
