Vittelo Belt - Full Grain

They look good BUT, I ordered two regular width belts and one wide belt. Received three regular width!! Initial advertising said this was a Canadian company. It's not, just a mailing address in Canada. It's a Chinese company. How do I get my wide width belt??

The belt is great. My husband loves them. However the 3 star is because I ordered a buy 2 premium and get 1 free. However, I received the 2 premium but didn't get the extra belt. Hopefully it shows up eventually

Ordered three belts: 1 Wide belt and 2 regular width. Received all 3 belts in regular width. How do I get my Wide Brown belt??
