I thought it was great when Old Salt offered the qualification insignia mugs, cool and nicely understated. Scrolling through the offerings, imagine my surprise (and slight dismay) that Navy Divers had been excluded. Knowing the work is often unglamorous, dirty, and mostly unnoticed, I guess it made a little sense. I left a message in the Old Salt chat pointing out their omission, and promptly received a reply indicating Old Salt would make it right. Imagine my surprise when within a week Navy Diver insignia mugs were available. Since I shot my mouth off, I had no choice but to purchase one - it was the right thing to do. The mug is cool, everything about it, thanks Old Salt. Full disclosure, I have been a BRCC subscriber since 2018 and have enjoyed their coffee. I have also purchased some Old Salt coffee and really liked it. Might be time to make the switch.
