Difficult to communicate or change my order

I selected a fabric and then wanted to add a trim. After sending an email I was contacted by someone. However I could not reach anyone by phone and am in limbo on the trim. I also want to change the size from 16”- 18”. You need better customer service!

Love the fabric, but color is much lighter than it appears on screen. Good idea to order samples before purchase!! Will keep looking!! Thanks
