Items were shipped extremetly fast, especially for coming direct from Japan! All the packs were split up into 5 pcs and placed into cardboard sleeves to prevent damage, was very well packaged! I also emailed them about a concern i had with the order showing double payment, and they were very prompt in their response and took care of my issue quickly. I will definitely order from them again!

Really didn't know what to expect, though I thought it would be shiny. Anyway, person bought for was really happy to receive it.
