I loved the smoke plushy but

Never received the product

Ordered on January 9th and have emailed the seller a total of 4 times on various different platforms and have never once gotten a response. They then created a shipping label on February 27th to never give it to the shipping facility. It is now March 16th and I can only imagine I am never receiving this product and am out on a good amount of money. Severely disappointed and can only hope others do not make the mistake of buying from them. This is the first bad review I’ve ever made for a product and that’s saying something.

Product is nice, lots of shipping issues

The product itself is very nice, though it is a little smaller than expected. It seems well made. The reason for my deduction of stars is shipping. I was never given an estimate on when it would ship or arrive, so I ordered it two weeks before the date it was needed (a birthday) and hoped for the best. It didn’t even SHIP for two weeks. It took a full calendar month to finally arrive at my house. And despite the $24 i was forced to pay for “standard” shipping, the tracking number i was given was useless, as the seller did not pay for tracking. It wasn’t even coming from far away (California to Oregon) so the delay in shipment and the price of shipping makes absolutely no sense. After ordering directly from the website, i checked out their etsy page, where I found that they were promising two week shipping. Very happy with the product, Very disappointed with the seller and lack of transparency.
