Salthead

As a hybrid trainer I run and lift weights in the same session. Salthead powers my workout. Best electrolytes for taste and performance. I tired other brands to sugary no performance but salthead is my go to I drink after my 2 to 3 miles run. Then I lift heavyweights before I was so tired I couldn't push weights as hard but now I'm on go mode! 💪

I add extra lemon because I love lemon, but it is just the flavor I really like. I don't taste the wrong sweetener! This is the electrolyte for me.

This has helped me so much working outside in the summer most days while pregnant. My provider suggested I increase my salt intake and I have been able to balance my electrolytes pretty well using a half or full scoop of this a day.
