The Cuesta peak truss plate is useful for connecting rafters without king posts at the peak of a gable. If you use an N plate at the top of the truss you will probably use a U plate on the bottom of the truss.
Peak truss plates connect to roof members so they depend on roof pitch.
3/16" is our standard plate and suits most decorative work
