Adventure Scratch-Off Deck

I tried to redeem one of the items on my list and they said that they don’t honor those because the company was never officially asked to do so. The bucket company reached out and said that they strained it out, but still didn’t take back the fact that I didn’t get what was promised to be mine. Makes me wonder how many other things in their bucket list don’t work.
