Hydration Electrolyte Packets

This is my ABSOLUTE favorite electrolyte. It does use real sugar as the sweetener which I don’t mind. It’s not a lot, just enough. I feel safe allowing my kids to enjoy too .

The taste of the flavors are interesting not bad but not good either.

Flavor isn’t great.

First of all, I love all the clear proteins. However, the electrolytes just don’t taste great. Usually electrolyte powder makes me want to drink more water but this is a chore to get down. It tastes more like cotton candy than fruity, in my opinion.
