Cracks and bends, but still works great.
It arrived with a dent in one of the tripod legs and a crack in the back of one of the lights. However, there was barely any set up and is super user friendly. Would recommend to others, but suggest SANSI works a little on their packaging.

I love this grow light; when i first turned it on, it was so bright, I thought it might hurt my plants, but they are actually thriving!! I have tall plant stands and it covers all my plants nicely. Since I can’t stop buying plants, i am going to buy another light!!!

Perfect with a tower planter, but the stand needs improvement.
I own numerous models of Sansi grow lights and chose this vertical model specifically to use with my 50-port, 10 level hydroponic tower planter. The light is *very bright* and due to its 120° illumination, it produces even coverage to 3 out of the 5 planting ports on all levels. So, from the bottom to the top level, my plants are thriving! While the ports on the back side receive no light using only 1 lamp, 2 positioned on opposing sides would evenly illuminate all the ports, making make this model perfect for a tower planter when all its ports are in use at the same time. The light bar being in 3 sections, rather than one continuous piece makes its height easy to customize and all of them perform equally well. The light portion of this lamp is what I have come to expect from Sansi! However, I am really disappointed with the stand. In my opinion it is spindly and wimpy, and especially if it is used when the lamp is at full height (all 3 sections connected), a bump from a child, pet, vacuum (Rumba anyone?), etc. could fairly easily cause it to topple. Also, the stand is so short that *most* of the bottom light bar section illuminates only the planter rather than the plants, which wastes electricity. Had I not found a way to resolve this issue and while the light itself performs well, I probably would have returned it. Fortunately, I am not currently using a telescoping tripod which came with another of my Sansi lights and finding that the mounting threads on its receiver mate sufficiently well with the stem on this light, swapping them was easy. The light now is very secure as that stand is broad, sturdy and steady and its telescoping function lets me raise the bottom of the light bar to where it is lighting plants rather than plastic. Further, it now requires only 2 sections to light all levels, so I’m even saving a little bit on power consumption. The light itself I wholeheartedly rate at 5 stars, but due to the needed stand modification, overall, I rate it as 4.
