Muir Sunflower Helios

So i had a pretty bad experience with Helios Global. The ring took about a month to arrive even though they advertise 7-14 days, ive bought jewelery from poland that arrived faster, Secondly i asked them to change my ri ng size to a half size smaller which they said they did and after reminding them a second time they still sent the wrong size. Really dissapointed since im not willing to wait another month to exchange the ring.
