The watch came surprisingly quick, just under a week shipped across the Atlantic. I love the box, super high quality mechanism and leather. The watch is also very nice, easy to use and looks beatiful. The band also has a lot of adjustment. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased the HORIZON – Rose Gold & Blue watch along with an additional chocolate leather strap from the Charlie Paris store in Paris, and the entire experience was outstanding. The customer service was excellent. The team took the time to understand my requirements and helped me choose the perfect watch to suit my needs. It was truly one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had. A special thanks to Anne-Sophie, who was incredibly calm, professional, and patient throughout. She answered all my questions thoroughly and made the entire process very smooth. As I was visiting as a tourist, she also assisted me with the VAT refund process, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!
