ILLUMAS C2 Pro Dual Lens Dashcam

Lucky to be getting one as i can't go lower, received the product within 3 weeks of purchase set it up in car turned it one nothing, disply screen does not work, it must of got damaged during shipping as email i got prier to dispatch was product passed quality control. I have tried 3 times to contact illumas via email, why can't these tech companies not just have a plain simple customer service phone number, i have not heard back once from them which is shocking customer service, plus i cant just send back via returns as first you need to contact customer services. Will not be buying anything from Illumas ever again shocking behaviour
