Ria makes it easy

I recently contacted Ria about getting progressive prescription lenses in one of their frames. I loved the price compared to Oakley and others, and their customer service seemed excellent. They sent me try on frames to ensure that a progressive lenses would work for me and while the lenses did in fact work, I realized that the frame shape just wasn't for me. This was actually good news, as I am happy I got to try them on before committing to the purchase. They refunded my try on frame and now I am eagerly anticipating the release of their new Titanium frames for prescription lenses. Customer service was excellent and I anticipate a great buying experience based on everything so far!

Try-On

Having the opportunity to try these on prior to having a prescription made was well woth it. The customer service experience with Ria has been good, and I really appreciate how responsive they are.

Try on Process

You get the frames, wear them & see how you like them. Then take a selfie for measurement purposes. Then send back via USPS prepaid. Easy as it can be. Takes a little time, but very easy process
