Chulucanas Ceramic Palo Santo Holder Black Matte | Includes 5 Palo Santo Sticks

When I lit it up the stick they don’t stay on , they burn for like 2 mins, I get white smoke then it turn off. I have keep doing it So many times. It looks like the wood it’s not properly working the way it’s intended.
