Lily green handblown wine glass (set of 4)

I received a broken glass and contacted Duggan right away. I had to send an email along with pictures as there is no phone number for CS. You have 7 days to report damage. These glasses are expensive for four. I have yet to receive a response. Im not paying for them if i dont receive a replacement for the broken one. I ordered a set of four. Three won’t do me any good.
