Enamel Rebuilding Toothpaste - 2 Pack

The product is great, however the shipping process, at least through the shop app was really terrible. I ordered last week on the 16th and never received any notifications about my order. Yesterday, the 25th, I finally emailed them to ask about the status of my order and instead of a response from anyone in the customer service side, I was just sent an email for the first time about my order. It felt like my order was just forgotten until I reached out.
