Product Good, Shipping Horrible

We love the product itself, but when we received it from UPS, it was damaged and the primer had partially leaked out into the box and all over the bucket. We sent pics and let you know the problem but was very slowly to respond and we had to keep calling to get a response. You sent a second primer, without an additional fee, this time through FedEx, to replace the first damaged bucket, and it also came damaged even more than the first bucket. After losing three weeks of time dealing with this, we've been working with what's left. If nothing else, I would at least be happier if we could be reimbursed for the $110.63 shipping fee. There was no offer from you to do so.

Love the improved look

I painted this over poured concrete our basement exterior walls before painting a final coat of Masonry Flat. It improved the looks of these 50-year-old walls 100%.
