Tarragon Mushroom & Leek Risotto

I gave this dish a red-hot go

But I really just do not like Tarragon that much. The risotto itself is beautiful, I just find the Tarragon overwhelming.

Tasty but a bit sloppy

Tasty and one of the better dishes although it loses a point for its sloppiness and the texture is not firm enough.
