Didn’t work, no help available

This wasn’t filtering my water down to 0ppm. The best it did was 70ppm. My initial tds was 180ppm, so I’m not sure why it didn’t work. I contacted them and they didn’t help. They just said I should buy new resin. Very bad product and a wast of $120
