The installation instructions need to be written more clearly. More adjectives .Many of us aren't familiar with the terms. It would have helped to use clear plastic tube instead of take up shaft. There already was a black shaft. Who knew?The water guard was already installed. The video was way too fast. How about clear written instructions that comes with it? Instead of having to view a video repeatedly. The guy in the video put it together in a minute and sixteen seconds. After needing to order a special adapter, which I wasn't aware of, it took me almost 2 weeks bc I didn't know I had never installed the take up shaft. I don't know yet how well it works.

Working as expected. Making reef keeping easier, set up and forget about keeping with the cleaning, once the roll is over exchanged for a new one and that’s it. Highly recommend. Costumer service is top notch.
