Terrible customer service. I have never experienced such horrific customer aervoce in my life. LiTime and FedEx pointing the finger at each orher in their shipping fiasco. Nobody will resolve or fox the issue. Will never use Shop App, FedEx, or LiTime again if not resolved quickly- and its been iver 3 weeks already.
