After seeing Jeremy on the Rhodes Wood YouTube channel, listening to his thoughts on various clothes I appreciated what I was seeing. Jeremy showed a camel hair cardigan, which I ordered online. There was a delay in the delivery beyond what I was given to expect. After speaking with a staff member of the shop regarding the delivery I was informed that the cardigan had arrived in that days delivery. I was promised the delivery would be next day Royal Mail. The cardigan arrived as promised. The quality of the cardigan is exceptional, the sizing is true it lives upto everything Jeremy said on the video. It is so comforting to have a company who talks quality, knows people who manufacture quality and delivers quality. Thank you for the way you run your business

This is a lovely cardigan and the customer service is amazing. I only have one concern and that’s the price I was charged. On TikTok the price was £365 but I did end up paying £395 . But the quality of the cardigan is second to none. 😊
