This watch overall is excellent, and greatly exceeds all of my expectations for a rugged clip-on watch! My only recommendation for improvement would be to include dummy-screws to fill-in the holes when the protective cage is removed. This may seem like a very trivial complaint, but to us "Monk-Type" personalities it is a big matter.
