I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from King Welt. I received my boots today, and they arrived with clear manufacturing defects. The sole is already separating, and there is visible glue and poor finishing right out of the box. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer “high-quality craftsmanship.” To make matters worse, the box arrived in terrible condition — crushed, worn, and poorly packaged — which raises serious concerns about their quality control and handling process. It honestly looked like I received a returned or previously handled item. For a $164 purchase, this level of quality is completely unacceptable. Their return process is also concerning, as they attempt to charge restocking fees even when the product is defective, which feels unfair and misleading. I would not recommend this company. Buyers beware.
