Controller arrived in safe packaging and in good time, around 7-10 working days. The buttons and triggers are much quieter than standard controllers. They also feel less plasticky and don't make this lose clicking noise on the rebound like other controllers. Quality for 35 euro controller feels better than a 100 euro one. Textured grips actually work, overall great value product and I've been using it every day.

Outside of the shipping once it reached stateside... It's a great controlled. Smooth texture, ok coloring, and snappy feel to the buttons.

Epic controller, feels premium and has great vibration that has clear zones and level adjustment and has RGB that syncs with the charging dock pairs fast and is responsive 11/10 would recommend
