I love this enamaled mug, its its top notch quality with thic full coverage enamal. The cup is also larger than most enamal mugs.

I bought 2 keychain and 1 mug. But, mug has chip on the rip. So, I sent email to ask new one and they sent me new mug immediately without any extra charge. I’m very happy and satisfied their customer support. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service!! My mug arrived with a small chip from shipping and they sent me a new one immediately. The mug does feel a bit thin and fragile and the lip takes some getting use to but it looks awesome.
