I needed a replacement lens for my greyhound's Rexspecs goggles, which she needs to manage her Pannus eye condition. These are sometimes difficult to obtain from the USA, but K9pro persevered and, at last, they arrived. I was kept informed and K9Pro also kindly sent a little toy present for my hound.
