Improvement over modifying a tactical taco mag pouch but still needs work

This pouch is an improvement over the DYI modifying a tactical taco magazine pouch with a Dremel I had to do before this product came out. With a little adjustment of the shock cord knot it readily takes my iPhone 13 with an Otter Box shell. This pouch still needs further design work to make it function flawlessly. The top loops of shock cord slide up over the top of the pouch and make reinsertion of a phone less of a memory muscle action and more of a stop, look, fiddle, and then insert. Almost there.

The cheep plastic moly strap doesn’t cover the entire back of the case. The main storage area isn’t large enough to accommodate a large apple phone with a case. The smaller pouch isn’t large enough to bond a small writing pad.

Nylon was high quality as always. The bungee provides a secure fit but I am concerned it’ll snag. complaint the MOLLE attachment was only good for two rows even though the taco had three rows of molle. Though two will hold it, three is need for a flush snag resistant setup.
