Mini Fighter Winch Bumper (2023+ Colorado Non-ZR2)

Very sturdy bumper and it looks good. When checking on the bumper status, I received good communication from 589, even when I had questions after the install. I installed the bumper on my own, so it is doable with a good floor jack with the reach for a lifters truck. Minimal removal of truck fascia is what I liked the most. I live in California so I needed a front license plate holder. A fairlead mounted flip up bracket would not work on this bumper due to the part of the bumper protruding out above it. I did not want to drill holes so I bought a competitor plate holder that mounts on the D-ring mount. I installed the SCAR 10K winch as shown in the installation video. Routed the cable differently, but put the control box in the same location. You will have to make longer cables. The winches clutch handle, which is clock-able, but you cannot clock it with this bumper, is reachable through the larger port on the bumper, so the 12 o’clock position is fine. I went with Diode Dynamics cube lights because the Baja lights were out of stock at the time, plus I like the backlight function. In summary, it’s a beautiful, solid partial bumper. I would recommend having an helper to install.
