Love the color

I want to start with saying how wonderful customer service was. I bought this bag as a gift for my daughter and it just didn't feel quite right, the metal frame part didn't open all the way and the bag continously fell over. I didn't think this was right, but I also didn't know maybe that was just the new style. I contacted customer service and they confirmed it was defective and sent me a new one. 100x better!! Its such a great little lunch bag. I love the shoulder strap for when I don't have hands and I love the outside pocket. And of course the color is just so much fun!
