Pantry Staple
Cwench Sport Pasta has officially become my new go-to pasta. I was looking for something high in protein with a solid amount of fiber, and this checked both boxes perfectly. On top of the nutrition, it actually tastes great — which honestly isn’t always the case with high-protein alternatives. The texture holds up really well and it works with pretty much any sauce or recipe I’ve tried so far.
The price point is also fantastic for the quality and nutrition you’re getting. I ended up purchasing the 12-box option and I’m already planning to reorder once I start running low. Definitely a staple in my pantry now.

It's Great!
Tasty pasta and love the higher protein and fiber content. My friend also loved the higher protein content and Italian heirloom wheat, as US wheat upsets her stomach. Will be buying more.
