Pride Mobility Lift Chair Remote - CTL2100004 - HSW311-B-KBA

The chair stopped operating and in my search for solutions I found pride mobility. I ordered the remote, and it turned out that was not the problem. It was the control box. I sent the remote back and ordered the box. Absolutely no problem with doing that. The box arrived promptly, credit for the remote was applied promptly. I installed the box and bingo my chair was operational again. Beats buying a new chair or bringing in a service technician. This Pride Mobility is a good company. Thanks!
