Regularly make tonkatsu for my family and this is the best sauce to combine with it. Tastes wonderful, tangy with just a hint of spice.

I love this sauce. Its great on top of a salmon sushi bake or some Tonkatsu. Its adds a great savory sweetness as well as a lot of umami. Not too spicy but a blast of asian flavor
