Lemon Iced Tea Instant Boba Kit

Delicious tea and coconut jelly, but I used boiling water to make the tea, when I should have tried hot tap water instead. It was my fault I should have paid more attention. It was too hot and the ice all melted quickly, so the tea was lukewarm. I would have preferred it to be colder to drink. Next time, I will mix the powder ahead of time then chill the solution in the fridge, and also use a bit more water than called for. But the flavour was great.

So refreshing!

Love this flavour and the coconut jelly that came with the kit is a great pairing. Making bubble tea at home with the kits is my new summer joy!

Really like the lemon tea which is just right with the citrus smell, as well as the coconut jelly. Also enjoy that I can make it hot or cold.
