I'm Just a Customer...

...who is bought this awesome sweater! LOVE this sweater! The embroidery on the back is stunning. Material is so soft and warm. This sweater doesn't have the thumb holes which surprised me when the others I bought did but then I remembered this was an earlier design. Definitely recommend!

Dismal fulfillment time and lack of communication

My daughter loves the sweatshirt and it is good quality, however I ordered it in Sept 2026 as a Christmas present. It was not received until May 2026 and there was no communication from the seller after January 2026. Three separate emails and a complaint to the BBB received no reply from the seller at all.

I ordered this in September of 2025. I received it in May of 2026. The sweatshirt is PHENOMENAL the stitching and embroidery look great. It has a nice heavy feel to it.
