Leaky injectors

I purchased a set of injecors that were supposed to be tested, flow matched, etc. At least one was leaking—dripping fuel into the combustion chamber even with ignition off. My car ran terrible as a result. Fuel economy was terrible, and stuttering and hesitation under load.
