I don’t usually write reviews, but feel I have to so others don’t hesitate using this company as an option. It’s one thing for a company to have a great product, but to have that plus timely process and spot on customer service- you have to tell others. TL:DR - exact match product that fit perfectly, timely process, and knock your dang socks off customer service and a great price. Product- If I just told you I replaced a body panel on the car and showed you a picture, you could not point out which one I replaced. That’s how well the color matches and it fits. Process- all in I think it took 3.5-4 weeks total (including shipping from Houston to Dallas) to get fender from ordered to my garage. Also, watched a few YouTube videos and had the fender replaced in less than 2hrs including a car wash by hand. Customer service- this is typically the area most companies struggle with- but not for revemoto. Imagine realizing you haven’t gotten an update from usps* for 5 days and it’s a Friday night at nearly 10pm. You quickly send an email response to revemoto (to one of the literally 12-15 emails you’ve received thus far with updates from revemoto on the process and updates at each stage) only for, I kid you not, 14min later they respond. By 6:56a the next day I received an update from usps saying I’ll get it that day. I’m not trying to promote late night customer service by any stretch, but there’s excellent/phenomenal service, then there’s just insanely devoted and unparalleled service. This is the reason I’m leaving the review.
