Do not hesitate. Once I was used to a new knife in my hands, it was a joy. Perfect for Mingos which was exactly what is was working on. You could read a newspaper through the bones. I live in Fort Walton Beach so it is nice to support a local business. This knife will outlive me...thanks for the quality work.

Best fillet knife on the market. I will not buy any other brand besides SORD this is my 3rd knife i have purchased.
