Oversized and boxy

I’m usually in between a small and medium. I got a medium and it was so insanely large that the straps were too wide to stay on my shoulders. It likely could’ve fallen down and off without effort. It was really pretty otherwise. I did not exchange for a smaller size simply because I was not sure any smaller size would fit.
