Floss ok but shipping awful

Floss is fine but customer service and shipping practices are awful. They insist on using UniUni which has the worst shipping record and absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Unfortunately I won't be able to order from them again until they start using mainstream shipping vendors. Their products are very pricey so they should be offering effective and reliable shipping options.
