I had itchiness and rashes all over my face. It's sad because I reached out via email but no-one attended to my complaint. I went ahead to get the luminaire set and the same thing happened to me. My experience with the product was bad and their customer service wasn't helpful.

I have used the products for over 3 months including the Q7 AM/PM lightening face cream with no effect or changes . I have spent so much money on most of your products,I am now trying out the Q7 Carrot Skin lightening body lotion as the final option

Quite watery, I saw a NAFDAC print on it. So was a bit confused if it was produced in Nigeria or UK. It has not caused any harm on my skin. Its two months and I have not seen any glow, but I have not seen any dullness either . Not yet certain with regards to how effective. But I'm patient. I'm half way into the bottle
